Automated Bag Filling
We offer manual and automated multihead weighing options to automatically weigh and fill product, and can produce bags with three or four sided seals. We also overprint, add Euroslot holes to hang bags, and can include a tear notch. All products are metal detected and check-weighed to comply with food requirements
Food Packing
We are a BRC Food accredited site, with a grade A rating. We have a dedicated packing room, in addition to a temperature controlled hygiene room for temperature sensitive items. We offer full batch control and traceability, and can pack finished items shelf-ready in a variety of formats, including clip strips
Hand Packing
With a number of clients in our portfolio, we have the flexibility to fulfil different retailer’s requirements. We can handle promotional packing for marketing and events in a range of sectors, including the assembly of point of sale packs, collation of a number of products into one pack and order fulfilment and despatch
Gift Packing
We can support clients with new product trials, with smaller production quantities. A flexible bank of staff ensures we can increase production for seasonal items, where delivery is time-critical. We work with both household names and new brands and can offer a wide range of formats
Product Rectification
Despite careful proofing, errors and omissions often occur during production. Our flexible teams can quickly rectify products, at a fraction of the cost of disposal, allowing you to reduce the impact on your customers and get your products on the shelf in the shortest available time.
Product Labelling
